• Returns accepted within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and has all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated through our Return Portal.
• Return Label Fee – $30 per item, deducted from your refund (waived for wrong or defective shipments).
• Import and return (export) duties are non-refundable as they are collected by customs. VAT on return shipments is covered by COUTR, so you won’t be charged again.
