Yes. Every item on COUTR is sold and shipped by one of our vetted partner boutiques — authorized retailers of the brands they carry — and arrives in its original packaging with the brand's tags and authenticity cards where provided.

When will it arrive?

The boutique ships your order within 1–3 days and it typically arrives 4–6 days after you order. Tracking is sent by email as soon as it ships.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

Prices do not include import duties or taxes. Depending on your country, the carrier may collect duties and VAT before delivery; these are set by customs and are not refundable.

Can I return it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn with all tags and packaging intact. A USD $30 return label fee per item is deducted from your refund (free if we shipped the wrong item). Underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry, cosmetics and final-sale items cannot be returned.
