1. Marketplace Overview

COUTR is a B2C luxury fashion marketplace. We allow approved vendors ("Sellers") to list and sell authentic, brand-new fashion products to consumers ("Buyers").

Sellers are responsible for creating accurate listings, fulfilling orders, and shipping products directly to customers. COUTR manages all customer service, including an automated return portal accessible through our website.

2. Account Registration

To use the services offered by COUTR, Sellers must register for a vendor account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Listings and Fulfillment

All items listed for sale on COUTR must be:

• 100% authentic

• Brand new and unworn

• Accurately described with correct sizing, condition, and pricing

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information and the timely fulfillment of orders.

4. Returns and Customer Service

COUTR provides centralized customer service for all orders. Buyers initiate returns through our automated return portal. While Sellers fulfill the orders, COUTR handles all return logistics and customer interactions.

5. Fees and Payments

COUTR may charge a commission or service fee on completed transactions. Fees and payout schedules are disclosed to Sellers through their vendor dashboard or agreement. COUTR reserves the right to update fee structures with reasonable notice.

6. Data Collection and Use

By using COUTR, you acknowledge and consent to our collection of personal data for operational and marketing purposes, including remarketing via third-party platforms such as Google. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of COUTR or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express permission.

Sellers retain rights to the content they upload, but by listing products, they grant COUTR a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content for promotional and operational purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Upload counterfeit, fraudulent, or misrepresented goods

• Infringe upon the intellectual property of others

• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or platform

9. Termination

COUTR reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or for behavior deemed harmful to the marketplace or its users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COUTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms
